About this product

A cracker with your design on the outside

Print your logo, a seasonal pattern or a message on the shell, then assemble and fill it yourself. These are printed card shells, not ready-made filled crackers. They suit event tables, small gifts and Christmas campaigns where you want to choose the contents.

What arrives

Your shells arrive flat, cut to shape and precreased, with tape applied for assembly. The nominal assembled size is 264 × 44 × 40mm. Allow time to put them together before your event. Ribbon, snaps, hats, jokes and fillings are not included. Decorations shown in the example image are illustrative.

Choose your card

Choose 250gsm silk for a smooth surface or 250gsm uncoated card for a natural matt feel. Both are printed on the outside only. Online prices cover one design per basket line, without foil or other special finishes. Ask us for a checked quote if your design needs these.

Start with the flat template

The artwork page is 350 × 184mm, with 3mm bleed. This is different from the assembled cracker size. Download the PDF or InDesign template beside the ordering options and keep it at its original size. Supply one PDF page for the whole outside design. Keep important text clear of cuts, creases and the tape area. Remove guide lines, embed fonts and use CMYK images at 300dpi. We check the layout before printing.

Quantities and production

Order 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 identical shells. Standard production takes five working days after artwork approval. Express takes four and Saver takes seven. Courier delivery follows production. If you have a fixed event date, check it with us before ordering.

Delivery and VAT

Standard delivery to one suitable UK mainland address is included. Please confirm vehicle access and unloading space for a pallet if needed. Islands, remote areas, timed or split deliveries and restricted-access addresses need a checked quote. Prices show both the amount excluding VAT and the total including 20% VAT.

Artwork essentials

  • Supply print-ready artwork at the correct finished size with bleed, or ask us to check it before production.
  • Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
  • Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.

Can I request a custom option?

Yes. If the size, material, finish or quantity is not listed, request a quote and we will advise on the best option.

Is VAT included?

VAT depends on the product and options you choose. We will show it clearly before you place an order or approve a quote.
