About this product

A printed box for gifts and small products

Pillow boxes fold into a curved shape with tuck-in ends. Use them for small gifts, product samples or retail purchases where you want your branding on the pack. Each basket line covers one design, printed on the outside. Contents and protective packing are not included.

Choose the size that fits

The three finished box sizes are 60 × 80 × 20mm, 100 × 150 × 30mm and 150 × 150 × 50mm. The curved ends reduce the space available for your contents. If the fit is tight, ask us to check it before you order. The artwork size is different from the finished box size.

Matt finish, ready for assembly

These boxes use 450gsm silk with matt lamination on the outside. They are cut to shape and supplied flat with tape applied for you to assemble. Fold and close the box around your contents. Check the panel positions and tuck-in ends when designing the pack.

Use the matching flat template

Choose your box size in the ordering options to see its PDF and InDesign templates. Keep the template at its original size. Supply one whole-flat PDF page with 3mm bleed, embedded fonts and CMYK images at 300dpi. The template and calculator dimensions differ, so do not resize the artwork to match the calculator. Remove guide lines and text before exporting. Staff check the cut-and-fold layout before printing; passing an upload check is not print approval.

Quantities and production time

Online prices cover 5, 10, 15, 25, 50, 100 or 150 identical boxes. Choose Standard, Express or Saver production. These take five, four or seven working days after artwork approval, followed by courier delivery. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before ordering. Foil, spot UV, other quantities and multiple designs need a checked quote.

Delivery and VAT

Standard delivery to one suitable UK mainland address is included. Please confirm access and unloading space for a pallet if needed. Islands, remote areas, timed or split deliveries and restricted-access addresses need a checked quote. Prices show the amount excluding VAT and the total including 20% VAT.

Artwork essentials

  • Supply print-ready artwork at the correct finished size with bleed, or ask us to check it before production.
  • Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
  • Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.

Yes. If the size, material, finish or quantity is not listed, request a quote and we will advise on the best option.

VAT depends on the product and options you choose. We will show it clearly before you place an order or approve a quote.
