About this product

Put your branding on the top of the bag

A bag topper folds over the opening of a bag to carry your logo, product details or a short message. Use them for jewellery, craft products, samples and party favours. For food, use suitable inner packaging. This product is the printed card only; bags, contents and staples are not included.

Choose the size after folding

The two finished sizes are 100 × 40mm and 137 × 48mm. Check the width of your bag before ordering. They are supplied flat at 100 × 80mm or 137 × 96mm, with a centre crease for you to fold. Attach the folded card to your bag using your chosen fastening method.

Card and finish

Choose 350gsm silk for a smooth surface or 350gsm uncoated card for a natural matt feel. Leave it unlaminated or choose gloss, matt or soft-touch lamination on the outside. The printed side covers both outside panels once folded; the inside is unprinted. Foil and spot UV need a checked quote and separate artwork instructions.

Your artwork goes on one flat page

Choose your folded size in the ordering options to see its PDF and InDesign templates. Put both outside panels on one flat PDF page, rather than supplying two separate pages. Keep the template at its original size and add 3mm bleed. Keep important text clear of the crease, remove guide lines, embed fonts and use CMYK images at 300dpi. We check the panel layout before printing.

Quantities and timing

Online prices cover 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 identical toppers. Each basket line is one design. Standard production takes three working days after artwork approval, or choose Saver at five working days. Courier delivery follows production. Tell us before ordering if you need them for a fixed event date.

Delivery and VAT

Standard delivery to one suitable UK mainland address is included. Please confirm vehicle access and unloading space for a pallet if needed. Islands, remote areas, timed or split deliveries and restricted-access addresses need a checked quote. Prices show the amount excluding VAT and the total including 20% VAT.

  • Supply print-ready artwork at the correct finished size with bleed, or ask us to check it before production.
  • Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
  • Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.
