About this product
A small tag with a useful job to do
Add your brand, a care note, a price or a personal thank-you to your packaging. These tags are printed with your supplied design and delivered ready for you to attach. They work for clothing, handmade products, customer gifts and parcels.
Choose your card
- Silk, 350gsm or 400gsm: a smooth coated surface for photographs and colourful designs.
- Uncoated, 350gsm or 400gsm: a natural matt surface, useful if you want to write a message on the tag.
- Kraft, 350gsm: brown card for a different look. Its colour shows through unprinted areas and affects printed colours. White ink is not included.
- Recycled, 350gsm: a white, matt card made from recycled fibre.
The online options are unlaminated, without foil or raised gloss. If you need another finish, ask us for a quote. Each print run uses one design; front and back may be different when you choose double-sided printing.
Do you need a hole?
Choose square corners with a 6mm hole for a tag you can tie on. If you do not need a hole, choose square corners or rounded corners with a 10mm radius. The rounded option is not drilled: the hole and rounded corners are separate production choices, not a combined finish.
Tags are rectangular, without the clipped top corners shown on some traditional luggage tags. String, ribbon, fasteners, attaching the tags and design work are not included. The photographs show illustrative artwork, not a supplied design.
Size, quantity and printed sides
Landscape tags finish at 85 × 55mm; portrait tags are 55 × 85mm. Choose 50, 100, 200, 250, 500 or 1,000 copies. Single-sided printing leaves the reverse unprinted. Double-sided printing gives you space for extra information on the back.
Prepare your artwork
Download the setup file for your layout and printed sides. Supply one PDF page for single-sided printing or two pages for double-sided, with 3mm bleed on every edge. Embed fonts, use high-resolution CMYK images and remove all template guide layers before export. Keep text and logos within the marked safe area.
For a drilled tag, indicate the hole position with a 2mm dot inside the template’s drill guide zone. Our team must check the position, front/back alignment and clearance from your design before production. Rounded tags also need a staff check of the artwork around the cut corners. Technical checks do not check your spelling, prices or written content.
Production and delivery
Choose standard, express or saver production. The number of working days depends on the selected finish and is shown beside your price; drilling and rounded corners take longer than a plain square cut. Production starts after artwork approval. An express production option is not a promise of next-day delivery.
Your price includes standard delivery to one UK mainland address. VAT is shown beside the final price. Orders are delivered by courier; collection is not available. For other quantities, shapes, several designs or a different delivery arrangement, request a custom quote.

Artwork essentials
- Supply print-ready artwork at the correct finished size with bleed, or ask us to check it before production.
- Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
- Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.

Yes. If the size, material, finish or quantity is not listed, request a quote and we will advise on the best option.
