Finish your Christmas gifts with your own message

Add a thank-you, a name or your business’s Christmas greeting to customer presents and festive parcels. Supply your own artwork and choose the card, printed sides and tag finish that suit your packaging. A festive design is not included in the print price.

Choose a card that suits the parcel

Silk card gives photographs and colourful designs a smooth coated finish. Uncoated card has a matt surface that is useful for handwritten names and messages when left unlaminated. Both are available in 350gsm or 400gsm. You can also choose 350gsm recycled white card or 350gsm brown kraft. Kraft changes the appearance of printed colours, and unprinted areas stay brown; white ink is not included.

Leave it natural or add a glossy front

Choose no lamination to keep the card’s natural surface, particularly if you want to write names or messages. Gloss lamination adds a shiny protective layer across the front only. The reverse stays unlaminated, including on double-sided tags. A laminated front is not suitable for ordinary handwriting, and gloss changes the feel of kraft, recycled and uncoated card.

This is full-side lamination, not raised spot gloss. Matt or soft-touch lamination, foil and raised gloss currently need a custom quote.

Hole, corners and size

Choose square corners with one 6mm hole for tying the tag onto your present. Undrilled tags are available with square corners or 10mm rounded corners. A drilled hole and rounded corners cannot be combined in this range. These are rectangular tags, not clipped-corner luggage tags.

Landscape tags are 85 × 55mm; portrait tags are 55 × 85mm. Quantities are 50, 100, 200, 250, 500 or 1,000, with one design per print run. Choose single-sided printing for an unprinted reverse, or double-sided for a second printed design. String, ribbon, fasteners and attaching the tags are not included.

Set up your festive design

Use the download for your layout and number of printed sides. Supply one single-page PDF for single-sided tags or one two-page PDF for double-sided. Add 3mm bleed, embed fonts, use high-resolution CMYK images and remove the guide layers. Keep important text within the template’s safe area.

If you choose a hole, show its position with a 2mm dot inside the tag template’s drill guide zone. Staff must check the hole position, front/back alignment and artwork clearance. Rounded tags also need a check around the cut corners. Please check names, spelling and messages yourself before approving the artwork. Allow time for printing and delivery

Standard, express and saver production options are priced online. The working-day count beside the final price reflects your chosen finish, including the extra time for drilling or rounding. Production starts after artwork approval. Use the displayed delivery estimate to plan your order; express production does not mean next-day delivery.

Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included. VAT is shown alongside the price. We deliver by courier and do not offer collection. For several designs, other quantities or another delivery arrangement, request a custom quote.
