Branded boxes for deliveries and customer packs

A printed mailer box carries your branding through to delivery. White coated E-flute gives you space for a logo, illustration or message across the outside panels. The inside is unprinted. Each basket line covers one design.

Choose the external box size

Choose 100 × 100 × 22mm, 255 × 168 × 22mm or 600 × 182 × 35mm. These are the assembled external dimensions, not the usable space inside. Allow room for your product and any protective packing. Ask us to check the fit if space is tight.

Supplied flat for assembly

The boxes arrive flat, cut and creased for you to assemble. Contents, protective packing and postal charges for sending the filled boxes to your customers are not included. We do not promise a particular postal band or letterbox fit; check the packed size and weight with your courier.

Use the matching flat template

The artwork layout is larger than the assembled box. Choose the size in the ordering options to see the matching PDF and InDesign templates. Keep the template at its original size and supply one whole-flat PDF page with 3mm bleed. Check where the lid, base, flaps and side panels sit after folding. Remove guide text and lines before export, embed fonts and use CMYK images at 300dpi. Staff check the layout before production; an automatic upload check is not print approval.

Quantities and timing

Online prices cover 5, 10, 15, 25, 50, 100 or 150 identical boxes. Standard production takes three working days after artwork approval, followed by courier delivery. Tell us before ordering if you have a fixed event or dispatch date. Other quantities, sizes, inside printing and multiple designs need a checked quote.

Delivery and VAT

Standard delivery to one suitable UK mainland address is included. Please confirm access and unloading space for a pallet if needed. Islands, remote areas, timed or split deliveries and restricted-access addresses need a checked quote. Prices show the amount excluding VAT and the total including 20% VAT.
