A wall calendar that opens to a picture and a month

These calendars are folded and stapled through the centre, with a drilled hole for hanging. When open, one landscape page sits above the other, giving you room for photographs, illustrations or branding alongside the dates. There is no wire binding or hanging loop.

Choose your size and paper

A4 pages finish at 297 × 210mm and open to approximately 297 × 420mm. A5 pages finish at 210 × 148mm and open to approximately 210 × 296mm. Both are landscape layouts, stapled along the long edge.

• 150gsm silk inner pages: a smooth coated paper for photographs and colourful designs.
• 120gsm uncoated inner pages: a matt paper that is easier to write on.
• Cover: use the same paper as the inside pages, or choose a heavier 250gsm silk cover.

Matt or gloss lamination is available on the 250gsm silk cover only. It does not laminate the inner pages and is not a reusable dry-wipe finish. The lighter matching-paper cover is supplied without lamination.

One design, 28 pages

Each calendar has 28 printed pages, including the four cover pages. Both sides are printed. Supply a complete calendar design with your own images and checked dates; artwork design and a hanging hook are not included. The photos show example designs, not artwork supplied with your order.

Choose from the quantities shown beside the price, from 25 to 5,000 calendars. A run of 600 A5 calendars on 150gsm silk currently needs a custom quote. Other quantities and specifications can still be priced online. For several designs, another page count or a quantity not listed, ask us for a quote.

Prepare your calendar artwork

Download the A4 or A5 setup file for your chosen page size. The supplied layouts are for 2027 and contain 28 landscape pages. Check the year, every date, holidays and any contact details before approval. We do not check calendar dates or written content for you.

Send one 28-page PDF in reading order, including the cover, not imposed printer spreads. Add 3mm bleed, embed fonts and use high-resolution CMYK images. Keep important text at least 3mm inside the trim edge, with extra clearance at the centre fold and hanging hole. Remove all template guide layers from the production PDF.

Our team must check the page pairing, fold, artwork orientation and hanging-hole clearance before printing. A technical file check is not approval of your dates or content.

Production and delivery

Allow three to four working days for production after artwork approval, plus delivery. The estimated delivery date appears with your configured price; it is not a next-day service.

Prices show VAT separately and include standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Large runs may arrive on a tail-lift pallet, so tell us about access restrictions before ordering. Named couriers, timed services, split deliveries and other destinations need a separate quote. Collection is not available.
