About this product

Desk calendars with your own design

Put your photographs, projects or brand on a calendar people can use throughout the year. Each calendar is wire-bound along the top and supplied with a sturdy freestanding base, ready for a desk or reception counter.

Choose a size and paper

  • A5 landscape: 210 × 148mm.
  • DL landscape: 210 × 99mm, for a narrower calendar.
  • Square: 148 × 148mm.

Silk has a smooth coated surface for photographs and colour. Uncoated paper has a matt, uncoated feel. Choose 150gsm or 250gsm silk, or 170gsm or 250gsm uncoated. The seven-sheet double-sided format is available on 250gsm stock only. No lamination is included.

Which page format do you need?

  • 13 sheets, single-sided: a cover and twelve monthly sheets. Supply a 13-page PDF.
  • 13 sheets, double-sided last sheet: thirteen sheets with print on both sides of the final sheet only. Supply a 14-page PDF.
  • 7 sheets, double-sided: seven sheets printed on both sides. Supply a 14-page PDF.

The format you select determines the printed sides. Prices cover one complete calendar design repeated across the run. Date grids, photographs and design work are not included unless you supply them in your artwork.

Prepare your artwork

Supply one print-ready PDF in reading order, including the cover. Add 3mm bleed on every edge and keep text and logos at least 9mm inside the cut edge and clear of the wire binding. Use CMYK colour, embed fonts and use images at 300dpi at their printed size. Check every date, bank holiday and spelling before approving your artwork.

These supplier templates contain 2027 date layouts for the 13-sheet single-sided format. Check the year and adapt the design before use. They are not templates for the other two page formats.

Production and delivery

Standard production takes three to four working days after artwork approval. A one-working-day production option is available for supported quantities up to 1,000. These are production times, not a promise of next-day delivery. The estimated delivery date updates with your selection and depends on approved artwork reaching us before the stated cutoff.

Prices include the printed calendar, wire binding, freestanding 500mic board base and standard delivery to one UK mainland address. VAT is shown separately alongside the final price. Delivery is by courier; collection is not available. For another specification, multiple designs or a delivery outside the standard service, request a custom quote.

Artwork essentials

  • Supply print-ready artwork at the correct finished size with bleed, or ask us to check it before production.
  • Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
  • Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.

Can Aspect Printing check my file before production?

Yes. Upload your print-ready PDF after ordering and we will check the file before it goes to print. If it needs repair, we will contact you before production.

How quickly can this be printed and delivered?

Timing depends on the product, quantity and when the artwork is approved. Where online ordering is available, we show the delivery estimate before checkout.

Can I request a custom option?

Yes. If the size, material, finish or quantity is not listed, request a quote and we will advise on the best option.

Is VAT included?

VAT depends on the product and options you choose. We will show it clearly before you place an order or approve a quote.
