Canva is useful for event handouts, menus, short offers and folded information leaflets. First decide whether your design will be printed flat or folded. That choice changes the finished size and, for a folded leaflet, the panel layout.

Match your file to the product

Set Canva to the finished size shown on the product page. The A4 folded-leaflet product lets you choose a fold online; use its matching template to check the flat sheet, panel widths and reading order. The A5 half-folded leaflet starts as an A4 sheet and finishes at A5.

Export and review

Download the design as PDF Print and follow the selected product’s bleed and crop-mark instructions. Check the page size, panel order, fold lines, spelling and small print in the PDF. Make sure QR codes are large enough to scan.
