Room for more detail, without binding a booklet

An A4 folded leaflet gives you a full-sized front cover and a larger layout inside. Use it for a service brochure, product introduction or information guide when a small handout feels cramped. The standard paper is 170gsm silk, with a smooth surface and a slight sheen. Your design is printed on both sides of one sheet, then folded.

Choose how it opens

• Portrait half-fold: two panels on each side, opening like a booklet. It finishes at 210 × 297mm from a 420 × 297mm flat sheet.
• Landscape half-fold: four printed panels in a wider format. It finishes at 297 × 210mm from a 594 × 210mm flat sheet.
• C-fold: six panels that fold inwards. The inner panel is narrower so it tucks inside. Flat trim is 630 × 297mm, with panels of 208, 211 and 211mm. The front finishes at 211 × 297mm.
• Z-fold: six panels opening in alternating directions, useful for a sequence or information readers want to spread out. Three equal 210mm panels make a 630 × 297mm flat sheet.

Looking for an A4 sheet folded smaller?

That is a different product. Choose A5 half-fold leaflets for four panels, or DL C-fold or DL Z-fold leaflets for a slim six-panel handout.

Prepare two flat artwork pages

Use the matching PDF guide beside the options. Supply the whole outside on page one and the whole inside on page two, with 3mm bleed on every edge. Four or six printed panels do not mean four or six separate PDF pages. Keep text and logos clear of the folds and cut edges, embed fonts and use clear images at their final size.

C-fold and Z-fold layouts are not interchangeable: their panel widths and reading order differ. Print a small test copy and fold it before exporting your final PDF. Remove every guide line and label. We check the artwork and fold before printing. The product photo shows a half-fold example.

Price, VAT and delivery

The online price covers one design, full-colour printing on both sides, folding and standard delivery to one suitable UK mainland address. There is no lamination. Choose what you are printing in the options so we can confirm VAT; not every folded sheet qualifies for zero VAT. If the use is unclear, request a quote and we will check it with you.

The production estimate changes with your quantity and chosen service. Production starts once the artwork is ready and approved, with delivery afterwards. Large orders may arrive on a pallet. Islands, remote areas, timed or split deliveries, restricted access, other papers and finishes or several designs need a checked quote.
