Aspect Printing can produce event and exhibition print in the UK and deliver it to a hotel, venue or another agreed address. We will help you confirm the delivery label, finished artwork size, VAT treatment and deadline before production. Secure card payment is available through Stripe for products that can be ordered online.

Confirm the UK delivery details first
A hotel or exhibition venue may have its own parcel rules, loading bay, handling contractor or delivery window. Check those instructions before choosing a delivery date.
- Recipient
- Provide the attendee, guest, organiser or stand contact who can accept responsibility for the delivery.
- Event reference
- Include the event name, hall, stand number and booking name where relevant.
- UK address
- Use the complete venue or hotel address and postcode supplied by the organiser or accommodation provider.
- Working deadline
- Allow time for goods-in processing and internal movement after the courier has delivered the parcels.

Start with the items visitors and staff need most. A smaller, coordinated set is usually easier to transport, distribute and replace than an overcomplicated stand pack.
VAT and payment
Overseas status does not automatically remove UK VAT
Physical print produced and delivered in the UK will normally be treated as a UK supply of goods. Providing an overseas company or VAT number does not automatically make that supply VAT free. Reverse charge rules are mainly used for certain business-to-business services.
Some qualifying books, booklets, brochures, pamphlets and leaflets can be zero-rated. The treatment depends on the actual item, its content and how it will be used. We show or confirm the applicable VAT before you pay.
Artwork
Supply the finished size in millimetres
UK printing normally uses ISO A sizes such as A4 and A5. US Letter and other international formats have different proportions, so artwork should be prepared at the required finished size rather than scaled without checking.
We can often support US Letter or a custom size when the artwork is supplied to the exact closest millimetre, but confirm the size with us before ordering. Add the bleed required by the product template and supply a print-ready PDF.

Can you deliver print to my hotel in the UK?
Yes, if the hotel agrees to receive and store the parcels. Use the guest or booking name, hotel address, UK postcode and a mobile number for the person collecting them.
Can you deliver directly to an exhibition venue?
Usually, but venue rules vary. Confirm the official delivery address, hall, stand number, delivery window and any handling contractor before ordering.
Will my overseas VAT number remove UK VAT?
Not automatically. UK-delivered printed goods are normally a UK supply. The product and transaction determine whether standard-rate or zero-rate VAT applies.
Can I supply US Letter artwork?
Often, yes. Supply the exact finished dimensions in millimetres and check the size with us first because US Letter is not the same proportion as A4.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Products available through the online checkout can be paid securely by credit or debit card through Stripe.
