Delivery support
UK Event Print Delivery to Hotels and Venues
We can deliver event print to a UK hotel, exhibition venue, office or another agreed address. Before ordering, confirm that the location accepts parcels and provide a named recipient, event or booking reference, complete UK postcode and working mobile number. Courier delivery does not always mean the parcels have reached your stand or room.
Name a recipient
Use a person who will be in the UK and can answer the courier.
Add the event reference
Include the event, hall, stand, hotel booking or guest name.
Check goods-in rules
Venues may require a loading bay, handling contractor or timed slot.
Allow a handover buffer
Delivery to the building may happen before delivery to your team.

Hotels
Ask the hotel before sending parcels
Hotels differ in what they will accept, how long they store parcels and whether they charge a handling fee. Ask reception or the events team before ordering.
- Booking match
- Use the same guest, group or event booking name held by the hotel.
- Arrival date
- Check how early the hotel will accept the delivery and how long it can store the boxes.
- Collection plan
- Make sure a member of your team knows where and when to collect the parcels.
Exhibition venues
Use the organiser's delivery instructions
Large venues often separate exhibitor deliveries from the public entrance. The organiser may nominate an official contractor, advance warehouse or timed access window.
- Correct entrance
- Use the loading bay or exhibitor address in the event manual, not the visitor postcode.
- Stand reference
- Add the event name, hall and stand number to every parcel label.
- Handling charges
- Check whether the venue or contractor charges for receiving, storing or moving goods.
Timing
Courier tracking is only one part of the handover
A delivered scan confirms that the courier handed the parcels to the address. It does not prove that the boxes have reached your stand, meeting room or guest. Build in time for reception or goods-in staff to process them.
For a critical event, choose a delivery date before the final acceptable day and make sure someone in the UK can respond if the courier needs help.
Questions from overseas buyers
Frequently asked questions
Can the parcels be labelled in my company name?
Yes, but also include a named person, booking or event reference so the receiving team can identify the delivery.
How early should event print arrive?
That depends on the location. Confirm the earliest accepted date and allow at least one working day for internal handling where possible.
Does a courier delivery scan mean the print is at my stand?
No. It normally confirms delivery to the venue or its contractor. Internal movement to the stand may happen later.
What phone number should I provide?
Use a working mobile number for someone who will be in the UK and can answer delivery questions on the day.
