A calendar people can use all year

Give your photographs, projects or brand a place on the wall. Each calendar is wire-bound along the top, with a thumb cut and hanging loop so the pages can turn freely. Supply your own design, or adapt one of the setup files below. Date grids, photography and design work are not included in the printing price.

White or silver wire?

• White wire: A5, A4 or A3 portrait, printed on 250gsm silk throughout. This option has thirteen single-sided sheets: a cover and twelve monthly sheets. Available quantities are 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300.
• Silver wire: A5, A4, A3, 210mm square or a narrow 140 × 297mm calendar. Choose 150gsm or 250gsm silk, or 170gsm or 250gsm uncoated paper. Quantities run from 10 to 5,000, with the formats and production times shown in the selector.

The wire colour is part of your selected specification. It is not changed to another colour during fulfilment. Your price includes the printed calendar, wire binding and hanging loop, but not a wall hook or fixing. The cover uses the same paper as the calendar pages. No lamination is included.

Choose a page format

• 13 sheets, single-sided: a cover and twelve monthly sheets. Supply one 13-page PDF. Available with either wire colour.
• 13 sheets, double-sided final sheet: thirteen sheets, with printing on the reverse of the last sheet as well. Supply one 14-page PDF. Silver wire only.
• 7 sheets, double-sided: seven sheets printed on both sides. Supply one 14-page PDF. Silver wire on 250gsm silk or 250gsm uncoated only.

The format determines the printed sides and the number of pages in your PDF. Each price covers one complete calendar design repeated across the print run. Please do not send separate files for each month.

Sizes and layout

A5 is 148 × 210mm, A4 is 210 × 297mm and A3 is 297 × 420mm. Silver-wire calendars can be portrait or landscape in these sizes. The square version is 210 × 210mm; the narrow version is 140 × 297mm and portrait only. White-wire calendars are portrait only. Binding is always along the top edge of your chosen layout.

Prepare your artwork

Send one print-ready PDF in reading order, including the cover. Use the selected trim size and orientation, add 3mm bleed on every edge, and keep text and logos 10mm clear of the top binding and at least 9mm inside the other trim edges. Embed fonts and use high-resolution CMYK images. Check the year, every date, bank holiday and spelling before approving your artwork.

White-wire files need a staff check of the page layout and binding area before production. Technical checks are not a check of the dates or written content in your design. The photographs show example artwork, not a design supplied with your order.

Download the right setup file

The white-wire PDFs are blank portrait setup guides with no dated calendar supplied. The silver-wire files contain 2027 layouts for the thirteen-sheet single-sided format. Choose the correct wire, size and orientation, check the dates, then remove all guides before export. These thirteen-page files are not ready-made templates for the two formats that need fourteen PDF pages. Production and delivery

White-wire calendars offer three-working-day express, four-working-day standard or six-working-day saver production after artwork approval. Silver-wire calendars offer standard production of three to four working days, or one-working-day production for supported quantities up to 1,000. This is production time, not a promise of next-day delivery. Your estimated delivery date updates with the specification and depends on approved artwork reaching us before the stated cutoff.

Prices include standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Large runs may arrive on a pallet delivered by a tail-lift vehicle, so the address must be able to receive it. VAT is shown alongside the final price. Delivery is by courier; collection is not available. For other stocks, several designs, custom formats or delivery outside the standard service, request a custom quote.
