A year of plans on one sheet

Keep holidays, deadlines and team plans where everyone can see them. We print your wall planner as a single flat sheet, using the dates, branding and layout you supply. It works just as well for a school term, a project schedule or a customer giveaway as a January-to-December year planner.

Choose the paper to suit the job

• 150gsm or 170gsm silk: a smooth coated paper, available in A1 (594 × 841mm) and A2 (420 × 594mm). Quantities start at one.
• 250gsm silk: a heavier smooth stock for a more substantial planner. Available in A2 and A3 (297 × 420mm), from 25 copies.
• 250gsm uncoated: our recommended starting point if people need to write on the planner. Available in A2 and A3, from 25 copies.

All online options are printed in full colour on one side and supplied flat, without folds, binding or wall fixings. Each price covers one design repeated across the run. The available quantities depend on the paper and size you choose.

Do you need a surface finish?

The 250gsm range can be left without lamination, or finished with gloss or matt lamination on the printed side. Raised gloss detail, also called Spot UV, adds a slightly raised shiny finish to selected parts of your design. It is optional and needs extra artwork preparation.

For everyday pen notes, choose uncoated paper without lamination or raised gloss. Laminated paper is not sold as a reusable dry-wipe board, and pen suitability varies. If you need a reusable planner, ask us about a suitable material before ordering.

Your design and artwork

Supply your own planner artwork. Design work, photographs and a ready-made date grid are not included. The product photograph shows an illustrative design, not a dated template for you to order unchanged.

For planners without raised gloss, upload one single-page print-ready PDF at the selected size, with 3mm bleed on every edge. Keep important text clear of the trim, embed fonts and use high-resolution CMYK images. Portrait and landscape artwork can be checked against the selected sheet size. Always check the year, every date, bank holiday and spelling before approving the file.

The A2 and A3 downloads below are blank landscape setup guides, not checked annual date grids. Remove the instructions and guides before exporting your finished PDF. Need an A1 setup or help adapting your design? Ask us about your planner artwork.

Artwork for raised gloss detail

Spot UV needs one combined PDF containing both the print artwork and the finish pages, including any required blank reverse pages. The finish areas must use a spot colour named Scodix and stay at least 2mm clear of trim edges. Do not upload the finish as an unrelated second PDF. Follow the combined PDF setup guide, then send the file for our team to check. We must confirm the page order, placement and suitability of the finish before production starts.

Production and delivery

Allow four working days for production without raised gloss, or eight working days with raised gloss, after artwork approval. Courier delivery follows production. Your estimated delivery date updates with your selection and depends on approved artwork reaching us before the stated cutoff.

Prices include the printed planners and standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Larger runs may arrive on a pallet delivered by a tail-lift vehicle; the delivery address must be able to receive it. VAT is shown alongside the final price. Delivery is by courier, with no collection service. For folded planners, print on both sides, another specification or multiple designs, request a custom quote.
