About this product

Business cards with a softer feel

Soft-touch lamination changes how a card feels as well as how it looks. The film on both sides gives these 450gsm silk cards a soft, velvety surface with a low-shine appearance.

Make room for your design

Choose an 85 × 55mm rectangular card in landscape or portrait, or a 55 × 55mm square. You can print one or both sides and choose square corners, a small 3mm corner radius or a broader 10mm curve.

The selected quantity is a pack of cards with one design. For several names or designs, add separate basket lines or ask us for a combined quote. Storage boxes, foil, spot UV and design work are not included.

Artwork and colour

Download the matching template beside the options. Send one CMYK PDF page for single-sided printing, or two pages with the front first for double-sided printing. Add 3mm bleed, embed or outline fonts and remove the template guides.

Rounded corners are applied after printing. Keep the artwork page rectangular or square, without rounded edges or extra cutting guides. Allow plenty of space between important details and the curved corners.

Colour can look different on a screen, on paper and through a laminated film. Try the print colour checker for an initial comparison and speak to us if a brand-colour match is critical. The preview is not a printed proof.

Production and delivery

Your configured price shows the production times available for the selected quantity and finish. Production begins after artwork approval, with courier transit additional. Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included; please check other destinations and event deadlines with us first.

If the cards need to be written on, choose uncoated stock rather than relying on a pen working through the laminated film.

  • Keep text away from the trim edge, include bleed and upload a print-ready PDF at finished size.
  • Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
  • Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.
