Recycled paper for your business correspondence

Use these 120gsm recycled A4 sheets for letters, quotations and invoices. The uncoated surface is unlaminated, with space for your logo, contact details and company information. Choose black-only printing for a one-colour design or CMYK full colour for colour logos and graphics.

One side or both

Single-sided printing leaves the reverse blank. Double-sided printing adds a second design page to the back of every sheet. Each configuration covers one design and 100–10,000 sheets. For different designs, use separate basket lines or ask for a quote. Envelopes, folding, personalisation, design work and Pantone spot-colour printing are not included.

Dark artwork can show through paper. If you plan to add letters using an office laser or inkjet printer, tell us the printer and intended use before ordering so we can check the stock and production method. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every office printer.

Prepare your artwork

Use the A4 PDF or InDesign template beside the options. Supply one A4 PDF page for single-sided printing or two pages for double-sided, front first. The finished size is 210 × 297mm; add 3mm bleed, embed fonts, keep important text inside the safe area and remove the guide layer. Black-only files must use black ink only. Full-colour files should be CMYK.

Staff check the pages, selected sides and colour setup before production. The photograph shows example artwork, not an included design.

Price and delivery

The price covers your complete sheet quantity, with VAT shown separately, staff artwork checking and standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Select a production time for the price and estimated delivery date. Production starts after payment and suitable artwork arrive by the cutoff; allow for approval as well as delivery.
