Printed A4 paper for everyday correspondence

Give letters, quotations and invoices a consistent layout for your logo, contact details and company information. These are flat A4 sheets, 210 × 297mm, printed with your artwork. Choose single-sided printing for a blank reverse or double-sided printing for information on the back.

Choose your paper

90gsm uncoated is the lightest option. Choose 100gsm or 120gsm for everyday correspondence, or 170gsm for a heavier sheet. There is also a 120gsm recycled option. All papers are unlaminated. Full-colour printing uses CMYK, not Pantone spot colours.

90gsm and 170gsm offer full colour, from 100 to 5000 sheets per design. 100gsm, 120gsm and recycled paper also offer black-only printing and quantities up to 10000 where shown. The available choices update with your paper, sides, design count and colour.

Order several designs together

Choose from one to 10 different full-colour designs on 90gsm, 120gsm or 170gsm uncoated paper. Every design must use the same paper, size, printed sides and quantity. For example, three designs with 250 sheets each gives you 750 printed sheets. The displayed price covers the complete run, not each design separately.

Multiple designs are available from 100 to 5000 sheets of each design. Recycled paper, 100gsm paper and black-only printing currently cover one design per basket line. For mixed papers, different quantities or other requirements, use separate basket lines or ask for a quote. Envelopes, folding, personalisation and design work are not included.

Prepare the right number of PDF pages

Use the A4 PDF or InDesign templates beside the options. Supply one print-ready PDF with one page per single-sided design, or a consecutive front/back pair for each double-sided design. Three double-sided designs need six PDF pages, in order: design one front and back, then design two front and back, then design three front and back.

Every page must finish at 210 × 297mm, with 3mm bleed where the artwork reaches the edge. Embed fonts, keep important text inside the safe area and remove template guides before exporting. Use black ink only for black-only printing and CMYK for full colour. Staff check page attribution, sides and colour setup before production. The photograph shows example artwork, not an included design.

Using an office printer

If you plan to run the sheets through a laser or inkjet printer, tell us the printer and intended use before ordering. We can check the stock and production method with you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every printer or heavy printed background. Dark artwork can show through lighter paper.

Price, production and delivery

The final price covers all designs and sheets in your selected run, with VAT shown separately. Staff artwork checking and standard delivery to one UK mainland address are included. Select a production time to see the price and estimated delivery date. Production starts after payment and suitable artwork arrive by the cutoff; allow for artwork approval as well as delivery.

Large runs may arrive on a pallet, delivered to an accessible kerbside point rather than carried indoors. Please tell us about narrow roads, steps or other access restrictions before ordering.
