A glossy finish for colour artwork

Gloss lamination adds a smooth, reflective film to both sides of these 450gsm silk cards. It suits colourful artwork and photographs when you want a shiny finish. For less reflection, choose matt lamination.

Choose your card

Choose standard 85 × 55mm cards in landscape or portrait, or 55 × 55mm square cards. Print one or both sides and select square corners, a smaller 3mm rounded corner or a broader 10mm corner radius.

Your selected pack quantity contains one design. For a team with several names, use separate basket lines or ask us for a combined quote. Plastic storage boxes, design work, foil and spot UV are not included.

Set up your artwork

Use the matching template beside the options. Supply one CMYK PDF page for single-sided cards or two pages, front first, for double-sided cards. Extend backgrounds 3mm beyond the cut, embed or outline fonts and remove the template guides.

For rounded cards, still send a rectangular or square PDF. Do not round the page or add corner-cutting lines. Keep text and logos clear of the curved corners.

Gloss changes reflections, so a screen preview cannot show the exact finished surface. Our colour checker is useful for spotting possible colour changes, not approving a physical finish or a precise brand-colour match. Ask us if those details matter to the job.

Production and delivery

Available production times appear with your configured price. Production starts after artwork approval and courier transit is additional. Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included. Check other destinations or fixed deadlines with us before ordering.

For cards that need a handwritten note, choose uncoated business cards instead of a glossy laminated surface.
