A short note with your branding

Use a compliment slip to thank a customer, introduce a sample or explain what is inside a parcel. Add your logo and contact details, then leave some clear space for a handwritten message.

These are flat DL slips, 210 × 99mm, printed with one design per basket line. The example photograph shows a finished design, not artwork included with the order.

Choose the paper and printed sides

90gsm uncoated is the lightest option. 120gsm works well for everyday business notes, while 170gsm gives a heavier feel. All three are unlaminated, with an uncoated surface suitable for handwriting. Leave the writing area free of heavy ink coverage.

Single-sided printing leaves the back blank. Choose double-sided printing if you need more room for contact details, a message or other information. Printing is full-colour CMYK, not a Pantone spot-colour service.

Quantities and price

Order 100, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 1000, 2000 or 5000 identical slips. The price covers the complete quantity and selected printed sides, with VAT shown separately. Staff artwork checking and standard delivery to one UK mainland address are included.

For recycled paper, another weight or quantity, different designs, black-only printing, envelopes or design help, ask for a quote. These extras are not included in the online price. A 170gsm option is not the same stock as a previously quoted 160gsm slip; please ask us to check an older specification before reordering.

Artwork and templates

Supply one print-ready PDF page for single-sided printing or two pages for double-sided, front first. The finished size is 210 × 99mm in landscape or 99 × 210mm in portrait. Add 3mm bleed on every edge and keep important text at least 3mm inside the cut line. Embed fonts and use CMYK colour.

The PDF and InDesign templates are beside the options. They open in portrait; change the page orientation if you want a landscape design. The InDesign starter has one page, so add a second page when preparing double-sided artwork. Remove all template text and guide artwork before exporting. Staff check the size, page order, sides and colour setup before production.

Production and delivery

Choose one or four working days of production to see the exact price and estimated delivery date. Allow for artwork approval and delivery as well as production. Orders and suitable approved artwork received after the 4pm cutoff, at weekends or on closed days move to the next working day. The delivery date is an estimate, not a same-day delivery promise.
