A3 posters for everyday displays

At 297 × 420mm, A3 works well for noticeboards, counter displays, event notices and indoor promotions. Choose portrait or landscape, with colour printing on one or both sides. These are loose paper posters for indoor use, ready for your own display.

Choose your paper

• Silk, 130, 170 or 250gsm: a smooth paper with a slight sheen. 170gsm is the everyday choice; 250gsm gives you a firmer sheet.
• Gloss, 130 or 170gsm: choose this when you want a shinier surface.
• Uncoated, 120, 170 or 250gsm: a matt, uncoated paper surface.

Paper stock and weight are selected together, so you only see combinations we can supply. These options do not include lamination, adhesive backing or weatherproofing.

Copies and timing

Order 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 copies of one design. Choose the production time alongside the price. Compare the prices shown: a longer production time is not always the lowest price. Production starts after artwork approval and is separate from courier delivery.

Prepare your artwork

Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF at 297 × 420mm, or the same dimensions in landscape, with 3mm bleed on every edge. Use one page for single-sided printing, or two pages for double-sided printing, with the front first. PDF and InDesign templates beside the options match the orientation and printed sides you select. Remove the guide artwork, embed fonts and check images at their finished size. We check the selected size, paper and page order before production.

What is included?

Your chosen paper, colour printing on the selected sides, artwork checks and standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Frames, fixings, installation and design work are not included.
