When a paper poster is not the right fit

Use flexible PVC for displays that need to cope with rain or moisture better than ordinary paper. These are loose posters, cut to size and printed in full colour on one side. They are not rigid boards, self-adhesive signs or banners with eyelets.

They can work well in suitable shop-window holders, outdoor display frames and event displays. Tell us how and where you plan to use them if you need help choosing the material or fixing method. We do not promise a fixed outdoor lifespan.

Choose your PVC thickness

220 micron is the lighter option. 400 micron is thicker and has a more substantial feel. Both are flexible white PVC with a matt finish, not a substitute for a rigid sign board. The example photograph illustrates the product; it is not a thickness comparison.

Seven standard sizes

Portrait or landscape artwork is welcome. Check the two finished dimensions against your display holder: an inch-based size is not the same as the nearest A-size. For a custom size, ask us for a quote.

Quantity, price and what is included

Order from one poster, with one design per basket line. Choose the quantity to see the available production services and the total price for the whole run, not a price per poster. Prices show 20% VAT separately. Staff artwork checking and standard delivery to one UK mainland address are included.

Frames, adhesive backing, mounting, eyelets, installation and design work are not included. For different designs, other quantities, double-sided printing or another delivery location, request a quote rather than combining unsupported options.

Artwork and your selected-size template

Supply one print-ready CMYK PDF page at the chosen finished size. Add 3mm bleed on every edge and keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the cut line. Embed fonts and check image quality at full size; the supplier recommends 300dpi for raster images.

The PDF download beside the options changes with your selected poster size. Templates may open in portrait; the two finished dimensions must match your order. Remove all template text and guide artwork before exporting. You can upload your artwork after checkout, and staff check the size, material and print setup before production.

Production and delivery

The available services depend on your size, thickness and quantity. Choose one or four working days of production where available. The live selection shows the services you can actually order for your size, thickness and quantity.

Allow for artwork approval and courier delivery as well as production. Suitable approved artwork received after the 4pm cutoff, at weekends or on closed days moves to the next working day. Delivery dates are estimates. Same-day production is not offered online.

Large posters use an oversized courier service where needed. Tell us about access restrictions, an unusual delivery location or a fixed deadline before ordering. Email quote keeps a record of your exact selection and holds the quoted product price for 30 days.
