Certificate printing

Print certificates for courses, awards and staff recognition. Choose A4 or A5, portrait or landscape, with black or full-colour printing on one or both sides. These prices cover one shared design across the whole order.

Choose the paper that suits your certificate

All three options use 350gsm card. Silk has a smooth, lightly coated surface. Uncoated has a natural matt finish and is a useful choice when you want to add a name or signature by hand. Kraft is brown card, so your colours will look different from the same design printed on white paper.

You can order 10, 25, 50, 100 or 200 certificates. Choose single-sided printing for a straightforward award, or use the back for course information, an explanation of the achievement or your organisation’s details.

If you need a different name on every copy, please request a quote. We will check the name list, layout and proof with you before printing. The online options here print the same artwork on every certificate.

Choose a finish

Leave your certificates unlaminated, or add gloss, matt or soft-touch lamination on one side. We confirm which face to laminate before printing. If you plan to write names or signatures by hand, choose unlaminated uncoated card and test your pen on a spare copy.

Prepare your artwork

Choose your size, orientation and printed sides to find the matching PDF guide beside the options. Supply one PDF page for single-sided printing, or two pages in front-and-back order for double-sided printing.

Extend backgrounds 3mm beyond the finished edge and keep important text inside the guide’s safe area. Remove all guide lines before exporting your final PDF. Embed your fonts and check names, dates and spelling carefully.

Production and delivery

Standard production takes three working days after artwork approval. Saver takes five working days. Allow time for delivery after production as well.

Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included. Please ask for a quote if you need delivery to an island, a timed delivery or several addresses.
