A4 posters for notices and smaller displays

At 210 × 297mm, A4 is a useful size for opening hours, event notices, counter displays and information boards. Choose portrait or landscape, with colour printing on one or both sides. These are loose paper posters for indoor use; use your own holder, frame or fixings.

Choose your paper

• Silk, 130, 170 or 250gsm: a smooth paper with a slight sheen. 170gsm is the everyday choice; 250gsm gives you a firmer sheet.
• Gloss, 130 or 170gsm: a shinier surface for your design.
• Uncoated, 120, 170 or 250gsm: a matt paper surface without a coating.

Select the paper and weight together beside the price. Lamination, adhesive backing and weatherproofing are not included.

Copies and production time

Order 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 copies of one design. Choose two, three or five working days for production. Production starts after artwork approval and is separate from courier delivery. Compare the prices shown: a longer production time is not always cheaper.

Prepare your artwork

Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF at 210 × 297mm in portrait, or 297 × 210mm in landscape, with 3mm bleed on every edge. Single-sided posters need one page. Double-sided posters need two pages, with the front first. The PDF and InDesign templates beside the options match your selected orientation and printed sides. Remove the guide artwork, embed fonts and check images at their finished size. We check the selected size, paper and page order before production.

What is included?

Your chosen paper, colour printing on the selected sides, artwork checks and standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Frames, holders, fixings, installation and design work are not included.
