A clean crease for thicker print

A pressed crease gives heavier paper a defined place to fold. Choose this option when you want to fold the sheets yourself, pack them flat or add them to a mailing later. One design and one centre crease are included.

Silk has a smooth, coated surface for photographs and colour. Uncoated has a more natural feel. Both come in 250gsm and 350gsm. If you need lighter leaflets delivered already folded, see our folded leaflet range instead.

Choose the size after folding

The size selector describes the closed leaflet, after you fold it. The artwork is larger: A5 portrait, for example, uses a flat 297 × 210mm sheet. A4 and A5 also offer a landscape version with the crease along the short edge. Other sizes use the long-edge crease only. Use the matching PDF or editable SVG guide beside the options; do not simply double a rounded paper measurement.

Set up one flat page per printed side

For one-sided printing, supply one outside page. For two-sided printing, supply outside and inside pages, in that order. The four faces after folding do not mean four PDF pages. Add 3mm bleed, keep important text 3mm clear of the trim and crease, embed fonts and use CMYK artwork with 300dpi images. Remove all guide lines and guide text before export. We check the crease and front/back alignment before printing.

VAT follows what you are printing

Tell us the intended use before ordering. Menu cards, invitations, tickets, vouchers and blank forms include 20% VAT. Qualifying short-term information handouts can use zero VAT, subject to the flat size, quantity and content confirmations. Small runs, larger flat information sheets, brochures, orders of service and uncertain uses need a checked quote. We do not assume that folding a sheet after delivery changes its VAT treatment.

Production and delivery

Choose one working day or three to four working days for production, subject to checked artwork and the order cutoff. Allow for delivery separately and contact us before ordering for a fixed event date. Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included. Large runs may arrive on a pallet with a tail-lift vehicle; confirm suitable access in the options. Parcel-only, restricted-access, timed, remote or split delivery needs a checked quote.
