Choose A5 or A4
A5 stapled booklets are compact enough for handouts, event programmes and short product guides. A4 stapled booklets give tables, photographs and detailed information more room. Both product pages show the available orientation and ordering options.

Decide the page count before finishing the design
Stapled, or saddle-stitched, booklets use folded sheets. Count every page, including the front and back covers, inside covers and any blanks; the total normally needs to be a multiple of four. Check that the chosen page count is available for the product before completing the layout.
For a longer document or an unusual specification, ask us which binding suits the job. Include the size, page count, quantity, intended use and any paper preference.
Prepare the artwork
Supply a print-ready PDF with single pages in reading order. Add the bleed required by the product specification and keep important text clear of the trim and fold. The booklet artwork guide explains page order and pre-upload checks.
If the brochure must match a brand colour or an earlier print run, discuss that before approval. Paper and finishing can affect colour. See our colour and proofing guide. If you need design or artworking support, send the brief and existing material so we can confirm what is needed.
