About this product

A freestanding display for your message

Use an A5 strut card to show an offer, a price list, a QR code or a short visitor message without a separate frame. Each card has a box-board support attached to the back. Open the support to stand it up, then fold it flat for storage.

Card, finish and size

The finished portrait card is 148 × 210mm, printed in colour on the front of 450gsm silk. This is card with a rear support, not a 2mm display-board sign. Leave it unlaminated or choose matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination on both sides. Lamination on the reverse does not mean the reverse is printed.

Raised gloss details, also called Spot UV, are available with matt or soft-touch lamination. Use them to pick out a logo or a small part of the design. They need extra artwork and a manual check before printing. These cards are for indoor use; keep them dry even when laminated.

Quantity and timing

Choose one design in the listed quantities from 10 to 500 complete cards. The price includes the attached support and standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Production takes 3–4 working days after artwork approval, followed by courier delivery. Check the estimate beside your price. Ask for a checked quote for another quantity, several designs, another material or delivery to an island, remote postcode or more than one address.

Artwork that fits

Supply one portrait CMYK PDF page for the printed front, with 3mm bleed on every edge. For A5, that is 154 × 216mm including bleed. Keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the cut edge, embed or outline fonts and use 300dpi images at their printed size. Download the guide beside the options and remove every guide line before exporting.

For raised gloss, also supply an aligned one-page vector finishing PDF. Use a solid mask with no gradients or transparency, text of at least 8pt and lines of at least 1pt. Keep the gloss area below 25% of the page. We check the colour file, mask and proof together before production. A screen preview or a successful upload is not artwork approval.
