Pens for events, reception desks and everyday use
A printed pen gives visitors something useful to take away. Add your logo, a short message or a web address to the white barrel, then choose a grip colour to suit your design. The grip colour does not change the writing ink: all four options write in black.
What is included?
- White plastic pens, 140 × 13mm, with your chosen grip colour.
- One full-colour design printed on one side of each barrel.
- Your selected quantity, from 250 to 10,000 pens.
- An artwork check and standard delivery to one UK mainland address.
Keep your design easy to read
The print area is 60 × 8mm, so a clear logo and a few words work better than a paragraph. Use the PDF or InDesign template beside the options. Supply one landscape PDF page with 3mm bleed and remove the template’s guide layer. We check the layout and readability before printing.
Production and delivery
Production takes seven working days after artwork approval, followed by courier delivery. We confirm the delivery date when your artwork is approved. Islands, remote areas, timed deliveries and delivery to more than one address need a checked quote.
The price shows both the amount excluding VAT and the total including 20% VAT. Design work, multiple artwork versions and non-standard delivery are not included in the online price. The product image is an illustrative mockup; the example design is not supplied.

Artwork essentials
- Supply print-ready artwork at the correct finished size with bleed, or ask us to check it before production.
- Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
- Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.

Yes. If the size, material, finish or quantity is not listed, request a quote and we will advise on the best option.
Is VAT included?
