About this product

Menus for cafés, restaurants and events

Print a drinks list, lunch menu or seasonal specials on 170gsm silk paper, available in A5, A4 and A3. For a heavier A4 menu, choose 350gsm silk card with no extra finish, gloss or matt lamination, or a gloss coating. Every option is available in portrait or landscape, printed on one side or both.

These are flat menus, supplied unfolded, with the same design on every copy. Paper suits menus you replace as dishes and prices change; card gives you a heavier menu to hand to customers. Holders and design work are not included.

Choose your paper and finish

  • 170gsm silk paper: A5, A4 or A3, without added lamination or coating.
  • 350gsm silk card: A4 only in the online options. Choose no extra finish, gloss lamination, matt lamination or Gloss Flood UV.
  • Gloss or matt lamination: a film finish, either shiny or more subdued. Choose one side or both sides.
  • Gloss Flood UV: a gloss coating across the selected face, not a film laminate or a spot effect on selected parts of your design. Choose one side or both sides.

Printed sides and finished sides are separate choices. If you choose a finish on one side, we confirm which face to finish before printing. These menus are not sold as waterproof, washable or suitable for direct food contact. If you need those properties, a different stock, several designs or another size, ask us to check the specification.

Price, quantities and delivery

Choose from 25 to 5,000 menus. The price beside the order button shows your selected quantity and options, excluding and including 20% VAT. Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included. Please ask before ordering for the Highlands, remote postcodes, islands, Northern Ireland or other destinations that need a checked delivery quote.

Express production takes two working days, Standard three and Saver five after artwork approval. Delivery follows production; it is not included in those production times. If you have an opening night or event deadline, speak to us before ordering.

Prepare your menu artwork

Use the matching PDF guide beside the print options. Supply one PDF page for single-sided menus, or two pages in front-and-back order for double-sided menus. Each page must match your selected finished size and orientation, with 3mm extra image around each edge for trimming. The guide is the same for paper and card in the same size and layout.

Keep prices, dish names and other important details at least 3mm inside the finished edge. Remove the guide lines, embed your fonts and use clear images at their printed size. Export from Canva using PDF Print. Check your prices, allergen information and spelling before sending the PDF.

We check the artwork before printing, including the chosen face for a one-sided finish. The print colour checker can help you spot colours that may change in print, but it is not a colour-matching guarantee. For design work or a specific colour match, request a checked quote.
