About this product
Build a wall display one image at a time
Print photographs, illustrations or a staff display on lightweight 10mm Kappa board. Choose a square, rectangle or hexagon, with a clean, unframed edge.
Order one to five tiles with the same image on each tile. For a display with several different images, frames or a larger quantity, request a quote so we can match the files and specification to your order.
Choose your shape and size
- Hexagon: 173 × 200mm portrait or 200 × 173mm landscape.
- Rectangle: 200 × 267mm portrait or 267 × 200mm landscape.
- Square: 200 × 200mm or 267 × 267mm.
The shape affects the crop, particularly on a hexagon. Keep faces and lettering away from the corners and use the matching artwork guide beside the options.
What is included?
Single-sided printing on 10mm Kappa board, adhesive tabs and standard delivery to one UK mainland address. Frames are not included. Check that your wall surface is suitable before mounting the tiles.
Artwork and production
Supply one print-ready PDF page at the selected finished size, with 3mm bleed. Extend the image beyond the cut line, keep important details inside the safe area and remove the guide lines before exporting. We check the file before printing.
Standard production takes 10 working days after artwork approval. Saver takes 12 working days. Allow time for delivery too. Other destinations or special delivery arrangements need a checked quote.

Artwork essentials
- Supply print-ready artwork at the correct finished size with bleed, or ask us to check it before production.
- Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
- Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.

How quickly can this be printed and delivered?
Timing depends on the product, quantity and when the artwork is approved. Where online ordering is available, we show the delivery estimate before checkout.
Can I request a custom option?
Yes. If the size, material, finish or quantity is not listed, request a quote and we will advise on the best option.
Is VAT included?
VAT depends on the product and options you choose. We will show it clearly before you place an order or approve a quote.
