A printed holder for your A4 leaflets

Keep leaflets together on a reception desk, shop counter or exhibition stand, with your branding on the holder itself. This range fits A4 sheets measuring 210 × 297mm and uses 1.25mm display board, printed on one side and cut to shape.

What you receive

Your holders arrive flat, ready for you to assemble. Each basket line covers one design. The leaflets shown in the example photograph are not included: choose your leaflets separately.

Use the holder template, not an ordinary A4 page

A4 describes the leaflets the holder takes, not the artwork size. The complete flat holder layout is 431 × 518mm. Download the PDF or InDesign template beside the ordering options, add 3mm bleed and supply one whole flat PDF page.

Follow the cut and crease lines when positioning your design. Keep important text clear of those lines, check which way each panel reads when assembled, and remove all guide text and lines before exporting. Use CMYK, embedded fonts and 300dpi images. We check the layout before production; an automatic file check is not artwork approval.

Quantity and timing

Order 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 identical holders. The available production times are shown with the price. Production starts after artwork approval and is followed by courier delivery, so a two-working-day production option is not a promise of delivery in two days. Tell us before ordering if you have a fixed event date.

Delivery and VAT

Standard delivery to one suitable UK mainland address is included. Please confirm vehicle access and unloading space for a pallet if one is needed. Islands, remote areas, timed or split deliveries and restricted-access addresses need a checked quote. Prices show the amount excluding VAT and the total including 20% VAT.
