Put your message on the table

Use tent cards for a menu, a special offer, an event notice or a message at a reception desk. They arrive flat, creased and taped. Fold the card along the creases and join the base to make a free-standing display.

Choose A5 or A6

• A5: each display face is 148 × 210mm, with room for a menu or a more detailed message.
• A6: each display face is 105 × 148mm, for smaller tables, counters or a short offer.

Both sizes use 350gsm silk card. Choose an available quantity from 20 to 1,000 copies. Each pack repeats one complete design; the two faces can carry different messages within that design. For several versions, a quantity not listed or another format, ask us for a checked quote.

Choose the finish

Leave the card unlaminated, or add matt or gloss lamination to the printed outside. Matt has less shine; gloss gives a more reflective surface.

With matt lamination, you can also choose gold foil, silver foil or raised gloss details, sometimes called high-build Spot UV. These are selected areas of decoration, not a coating over the whole design. They need a separate finishing PDF, which our team checks before production.

Two display faces, one artwork sheet

These cards are printed on one side of a flat sheet. That sheet contains both display faces, so you do not need a double-sided printing option to put a message on each face.

Use the matching template beside the options: 540 × 148mm flat for A5, or 416 × 105mm flat for A6. Supply one CMYK PDF page containing both faces. Do not send two separate finished-size pages. Keep the striped base and tape areas blank, extend backgrounds into the 3mm bleed and keep important details inside the safe area. Remove all template guides before exporting, and embed or outline fonts.

We check the folds and which way up both faces will stand. For foil or raised gloss details, upload a second, aligned vector PDF showing only the areas receiving that finish. Use solid shapes rather than photographs, gradients or transparency. Keep finishing text at least 8pt and lines at least 1pt; raised gloss should cover less than a quarter of the artwork area. We will check the separation file with you before print.

Our print colour checker can help you spot possible changes from a screen design. It cannot approve the physical paper, foil or gloss effect, or guarantee an exact brand-colour match. Tell us if colour matching is critical.

Production and delivery

Allow 3-4 working days for production after artwork approval, plus courier transit. Standard delivery to one UK mainland address is included. Check a fixed event deadline or another delivery destination with us before ordering.

The price includes printing, the selected finish, creasing and tape at the base. The cards are not delivered assembled. Design work, other materials and finishes not selected in the options are not included.
