About this product
Choose a postcard size for your message
A6 measures 148 × 105mm and works well for a short note, event invitation or card tucked into a customer’s order. A5 measures 210 × 148mm, giving photographs, illustrations and longer messages more space. Both online options use a landscape layout.
Choose from 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000 identical cards. You can print the front only and leave the back blank, or use both sides for your message and contact details. The quantity is the total number of cards, not a quantity per PDF page.
What is included?
The online price covers 350gsm silk card, full-colour print, square corners and no lamination. Silk has a lightly coated surface that suits photographs and colour. It is not an uncoated writing stock. If handwritten notes are important, ask us about an uncoated alternative or test your pen on a sample before ordering.
An artwork check and standard delivery to one UK mainland address are included. Envelopes, postage, address printing and mailing are not included. These are flat cards, not folded greeting cards.
Prepare your postcard artwork
Download the PDF template beside the options. The link follows your selected size and printed sides. Use one page for a printed front, or two pages in front-then-back order for double-sided cards. Include 3mm bleed, embed or outline fonts, use clear images at 300dpi where possible, and remove all template guides before exporting your print-ready PDF.
Leave enough space for an address and postage if you plan to send the cards without envelopes. We do not add an address layout automatically. If colour is important, try our print colour checker before ordering. A screen preview cannot guarantee the final printed colour.
Production and delivery
Standard production takes three working days after artwork approval, plus courier delivery. The date shown with your price is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Send us your deadline before ordering if timing is critical. Islands, remote locations, timed or split deliveries need a checked quote.
Need something different?
Ask us about portrait artwork, another stock, several designs, lamination, rounded corners or a special finish. We will check the specification and price rather than substitute a different product. For the smaller size, you can also use our dedicated A6 postcard printing page.

- Add 3mm bleed and keep important content at least 5mm inside the cut line.
- Supply a print-ready PDF with clear, high-resolution images.

Can I request a custom option?
Yes. If the size, material, finish or quantity is not listed, request a quote and we will advise on the best option.
Is VAT included?
VAT depends on the product and options you choose. We will show it clearly before you place an order or approve a quote.
