A notepad with your own layout

Add your logo to a writing pad, create a checklist for your team or print a form you use every day. You supply the design; we print the same artwork on the front of every sheet. The backs are blank.

Choose the size and paper

A4 gives you room for forms and meeting notes. A5 is a practical desk size; A6 and A7 are easier to carry. DL suits lists and narrow forms. Choose portrait or landscape, both glued along the top.

90gsm uncoated is the lighter paper option. 170gsm gives you a thicker sheet. A7 also offers 120gsm. Choose 25, 50 or 100 sheets in each pad. The order quantity is the number of complete pads, not loose sheets.

What is included

Single-sided tear-off sheets, a 750-micron greyboard back and standard delivery to one suitable UK mainland address. There is no printed cover. Include any lines, boxes or headings in your artwork.

One artwork page for the whole pad

Download the size-matched PDF or editable SVG guide beside the options. Supply one PDF page at the finished sheet size, with 3mm bleed and important content at least 3mm inside the trim. Remove all guides before exporting. We repeat your design through the pad and check your file before printing; do not supply 25, 50 or 100 repeated PDF pages.

Ask for a checked quote for double-sided pads, other papers or glued edges, numbering, printed covers or changing designs within a pad.

Production and delivery

Choose one or three to four working days of production. One-day production is available for up to 250 pads. Production starts after artwork approval; courier transit is additional. Larger orders may arrive on a tail-lift pallet and need suitable vehicle access and a level unloading area. Parcel-only, timed, split, island or restricted-access delivery needs a checked quote. The price includes 20% VAT where shown as VAT-inclusive.
